"This company is terrible to its customers. The lack of transparency is astounding and they do not communicate well. You pick and build your insurance like its cable and they dont even tell you all the channels and what they mean BEFOREHAND, and they will not cover you if construction crews scatter rocks across the road and you cant avoid them. They are vague and sweet talk you. They also sell your information unless you turn it off. We have switched to Allstate and they cover more of a variety of areas compared to state farm and didnt hesitate to explain things thoroughly before we finalized and not after like state farm when it was to late."

"Had a home claim in 2023 from the wind and rain and it was a terrible experience. Using the State Farm contractor it took them a year to finish at the end of 2024. This included Stste Farm removing Tally Co. from their list and arbitration. One of the subcontractors actually finished the work. If it had not been Sierra and others at the David Rodriguez office, I would have dropped State Farm as soon as the claim was completed. Sierra. at his office,remained our strongest advocate/ally moving the claim along when it stalled, which was often. I highley reommend their office if one uses State Farm. I would definetly recommend working with Sierra. If not for hers and those who also did follow up, I would have dropped State Farm like a hot potato on both home and auto."
